To qualify for the delivery time listed above, orders must be received before 1pm for deliveries in London, and 12pm for UK deliveries outside London.

Large Volume Orders

We hope that you are very happy with your Vanquish purchase. However, if you change your mind simply send your items back to us within 14 days of receipt and choose a refund or exchange. Please email us to let us know to expect it and include your contact details, order number, proof of purchase and reason for return. Please note that we are unable to cancel, refund or exchange the below items.
Products we are unable to cancel, refund or exchange:
- Products that have been personalised for you
- Products that are liable to deteriorate or expire quickly
- Products that are sealed for health or hygiene reasons, and that have been unsealed after delivery; and
- Products that have been used or enjoyed beyond handling them to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning (such as you would normally handle a display item in a shop or restaurant).
Any items returned must be unused, in their original packaging and wrapped carefully to prevent any damage in the return journey. Get in touch to arrange a collection.
All refunds will be issued by to the account within 14 working days of receipt of the goods. Please contact us if your refund has not appeared within this time frame.
Faulty or damaged items
Should any of your items be faulty or damaged on arrival, we want to put it right. If we can’t replace the item, we will offer you an exchange, credit note or refund.

Please note that, while we use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that delivery times are met, we cannot be held responsible for dispatched parcels delayed by forces outside our control, such as poor weather conditions.
